Shipping Options

We ship within Australia and to New Zealand and use Australia Post. Your shipping options will be available to select from upon checkout but below is a guide. In the event that the system overcharges you on shipping, we will refund you any overpayment.

Important note. Australia Post has two different 'letter' services - Regular and Priority.  Our cheapest shipping method uses the Regular shipping option with signature on delivery. 

It's important to be aware that this large letter service is at the bottom of Australia Post's priority list. So Express Post parcels will be sorted first, then regular parcels and then letters. This can sometimes mean substantial delays to delivery of anything sent by large letter. PLEASE keep this in mind when selecting your shipping option. 

ALL orders will be sent with a tracking number, which will be provided in your 'Order Shipped' email. You can click on this tracking number to find out the delivery status of your order.

Anything else up to 500g (about 4 packs of adhesive patches)

Australia Post Parcel Post : $16.00 (tracking provided)

Any combination of items (up to 500g - roughly about 4 packs of 50 patches) with tracking  - $18.00

Sorry, no Express Post options are available to New Zealand at this time. 



Once an order has been placed and payment cleared, your parcel will be dispatched within three (3) business days via Australia Post. Delivery times will vary depending on your location. Please be aware that if you have selected the $5.50 shipping option, it may take UP TO 10 BUSINESS DAYS ONCE YOUR ORDER IS SHIPPED, FOR IT TO ARRIVE TO YOU. Kids Eye Gear cannot control the speed at which Australia Post delivers, so if you require your patches within 10 business days, PLEASE CHOOSE THE PARCEL OR EXPRESS POST OPTION! Please note that Express Post does not guarantee next day delivery to all areas. We recommend you check the Australia Post website to check if your postcode falls within their delivery guarantee. However, even if it's not next business day delivery from the date of shipping, it will be much faster than regular post. 

We endeavour to get your order to you as soon as possible however some remote areas may take a little longer. If you do not receive your order after 10 business days of the order being SHIPPED, please contact us and we will do our best to locate your item. Unfortunately we cannot do anything to help if you haven't waited those 10 business days from the date of shipping as Australia Post will not provided assistance until this time has passed. 

Given that ALL orders shipped within Australia come with tracking, unfortunately we cannot accept responsibility for any missing packages. 

We will endeavour to do our best to chase up Australia Post if any packages go missing but cannot replace lost parcels due to Australia Post's handling.

Delivery times are at the discretion of Australia Post. We endeavour to dispatch your order as quickly as possible and then rely on Australia Post to deliver your item. These are guidelines ONLY and we recommend you check the Australia Post website for the most accurate timeframes.

Metropolitan areas - 5-10 business days

Regional areas - 5-10 business days

Remote areas - 5-10 business days 

Please note that Perth delivery times can be longer than east coast areas. 


Express Postage Australia

Within Australia Post guaranteed network - 1-2 business days

Ouside of Australia Post guaranteed network - 1-3 business days


New Zealand Postage

Metropolitan areas - 3-10 business days

Regional & remote areas - 5-10 business days

Please note that if you choose to pay by direct deposit it can take up to 3 business days for your payment to come through - this will mean a delay in your order being shipped. Direct deposits must be received within 48 hours of the order being placed or the order will be cancelled. 


Returns Policy

As a general rule, unfortunately we cannot accept returns on eye patches due to health regulations. All other products may only be returned within 30 days from purchase and all products MUST be in their original packaging and unopened. If you order the wrong size, we will happily exchange but unfortunately do not offer refunds for change of mind.
